Massage is a natural therapy, used to improve health, by reducing pain in soft tissue caused by muscular spasm, adhesions or nerve compressed in muscles, massage also reduces stress, and anxiety.

Massage is applied to soft tissues of the body using rhythmic movements, rubbing, and applying a mixture of light and deep pressure to muscle, connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments.
